Monetary payments are through PayPal and in USD$ only.

We didn't accept E-check or any other payment method.

We're not accepting buyers/customers that have an account less than 3 months on Deviantart/Toyhouse.

We don't do refund.

If you're dropped or editing/hiding comments on our auction, you will be put in our blacklist.

Failure to finish the payment will cause a blacklist.

Back out from bidding/claiming will cause instant blacklist.

Only after the payment is fully completed will the character/design belong to you.

We have the right to not sell the design to a person that we're not comfortable with or with the one in our blacklist.

We have the right to canceling our adoptable auction/OTA/set price/etc, or keeping our adoptable design by the end time.

Minimum duration of payment plan is 2 weeks and maximum 8 weeks - depending on the design price range. You can discuss with us if you want to check beforehand.

A deposit is required. Down payment should be at least 20%-50% of the total amount of the design.

Down payment amount will be depend on how much of the amount of the design.

Down payment should be done within 48 hours. If you drop your payment, the down payment you sent in the first 48 hours is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 and you will lose it.

We will send you an invoice with divided payment.

Only after the payment is fully completed will the character/design belong to you.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆.

As an artist, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 . For example, posting it to our other sites, making speedpaint with it and presenting it in our portfolios/artbooks. What you bought from us is the design, not the art or the intellectual property.

As the owner of the design, you got the rights of giving the character name, story, use it for RP and put them in Toyhouse.

Please don’t claim the original design and artwork as your own. Credit us us as the original creator/designer.

You can make a minor edit of the design, but you're not allowed to draw on/edit the character directly from our artwork/drawing. You need to make a separate piece of reference for it.

If you want to use the drawing/artwork that we made of this design as an icon/avatar in non-profit sites (such as DA, Twitter, IG), wallpaper, and decorating your DA or TH profile for personal uses only, it's totally fine. Credit is really appreciated.

For commercial purposes, a certain amount of fee should be paid. Please read the Commercial Use section for more info.

We didn't allow co-owning for our design to avoid confusion in the ownership.

Some of the designs that we made are Closed Species Guest Design and Event. Thus, you also need to follow the species/event rules and T.o.S.

The buyer/customer shall not reproduce and / or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work , including without limitation , technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work. Nor shall the buyer/customer sublicense others to reproduce and / or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.

You can resell the design for 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 than how much you bought it.

You may add commissioned art as extra cost 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 if you have the proof about how much you paid and the permission to resell their art from the author of your extra. Extra that you got from trade/gift/prompt/doll maker/art-fight/and drawn by your own self 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗧 be added as monetary add on.

You 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 resell a design that you obtained for art trade, design trade , or for a gift.

You 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 resell a design that you won in a raffle or in a "offer to adopt" if you didn't spend money, as well.

You 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 resell/trade/gift a character you gain from us for free ( like a gift ) or in a raffle,

We 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 voucher/vouchering as trading/resell method. This includes an art/game/amazon/real-stuff voucher since we are afraid we might lose track of the design value (sorry ;-; ).

If you obtained the design by buying it at a lower price, the value of the design will be also lowered the next time you resell it! Example : the original character worth is $200 and you buy it from a resell for $100. The value of the design will be worth $100 afterwards and only can be resell for that price or lower.

If you receive a character in gift, the character can only be giftable, you 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 trade or resell it.

If you get a character from our raffle event, you 𝗖𝗔𝗡'𝗧 resell/trade/gift/transfer/voucher/ or any kind of action to move the ownership of character from you to the another party. This to avoid character hoarding and because you got it for free! we've got a lot of trouble when the first owner gifted it to someone and the next owner tried to trade/resell/voucher it.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗨𝗦𝗗$𝟰𝟬𝟬. 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝘁, 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

To obtain the right of Commercial Use License, you need to pay a certain amount of fee.

Auto Buy the design doesn't mean that you are obtaining the commercial use license.

Commercial Use options only available if we state it on the design itself.

We're not allowing all of our design to have commercial usage. Especially for our old design and the one that we made as Guest Design.

If you're obtaining our past design and want it to be have commercial license, please contact us. Therefore, we wouldn't accept it if the original value is under $400.

Commercial Use License fee is around 150% to 200% from the design value.

By obtaining the Commercial Use License you're have a right to use the character for published/printed comic or novel, or crowd funding activity such as V-tuber.

As an artist, 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 . For example, posting it to our other sites, making speedpaint with it and presenting it in our portfolios/artbooks.

You're 𝗡𝗢𝗧 allowed to use or selling the original artwork that we do for the design in any kind of way ( such as for any kind of prints, standee, t-shirt, art book, merchandise and etc!). What you bought from us is the design, not the art or the intellectual property.

However, you're allowed to draw the character by yourself or commission another artist to make your prints/merchandise of the character in a note that you got the commercial permission from the commissioned artist and Commercial Use License from us.

If you use the design as V-tuber, you're 𝗡𝗢𝗧 allowed to use/edit/trace/copying style of our original artwork for the V-tuber models. This including the 3D, 2D rigging, or PNGtuber. You can still use the original design artwork for character reference sheet.

We will give you a “digital certificate” after you obtained the Commercial Use License. This will be a proof that you owned the license.

A design with Commercial Use License, shall be resell/traded with their License intact with them. Thus, the old owner and the new owner are 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 to report the ownership change to us, so we can update the license directory and certificate.

A Commercial Use License without certificate or ownership change without reporting to us is invalid so please keep it on track!
